Pre-Competition Schedule

Sun Oct 12 at 11:59pm: Deadline to Register

Sun Oct 19 at 8pm: Case sent to competitors

Gartner info Session TBA.

Mon Oct 20 at 7pm: Info Session 1* [Link]

Tue Oct 21 at 7pm: Info Session 2* [Link]

Wed Oct 22 at 11:59pm: Cold Email Voicemails Due & Voicemail (Rubric)

*ALL competitors or a representative must attend one information session. Info sessions will be held over zoom but not recorded.

Failure to show up for information sessions or send email/voicemails by the deadlines without notice will result in disqualification and you will be removed and replaced with someone on the waiting list. Additionally, you will be unable to compete in future sales program events. If you need to cancel please notify us as soon as is reasonable.

The following schedule will fluctuate up to the actual competition, especially as we are trying a new schedule.

Competition Schedule

Thursday, Oct 23

3:30 – 4:00 Arrival – Location Bryan Hall 130 (center of the north wing of Bryan Hall)

4:00 to 4:30 …. Welcome + Announcements – Location TBA

5:00 – 8:00 …. Round 1 – See Room and Slot schedule – Location TBA (Refreshments provided while you wait)

*Students will actively participate in one 20 minute session per round.

Friday, Oct 24

9:00 to 10:30 – Speed Sell / Networking (Zoom)

11:00 to 11:30 – Arrive TBA

11:30 to 12:00 – Announcements, etc LUNCH PROVIDED by Muñenca’s in TBA

12:00 to 2:00 – Round 2 TBA

2:00 to 3:00 – Break (scoring, sorting)

3:00 to 5:00 – Round 3 TBA

6:00 to 8:00 – Awards Dinner (The Swamp Restaurant) Sponsored by Southwestern Advantage
